Hello Hopper Parents! The following is information regarding our September registration: If your child will be attending school in September and you would like them to attend Tiny Hoppers before and after school in either our Kinder or Rec programs, please fill out the attached registration package. We will begin accepting our KINDER registrations this FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15 AM AT 7:00 AM. We will begin accepting our REC registrations this TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19 AT 7:00 AM. We will accept spots on a first come, first serve basis. Priority will be given to children attending 5 days a week. Packages will not be accepted before the above dates. Incomplete packages will not be accepted. Complete packages must include 2 copies of your child's immunizations, post dated cheques, City of Ottawa form, Parent Handbook form as well as all pages of the registration package initialed.
